The International decade for people of African descent was set up to craft the Guyana plan for the International Decade for people of African Descent in keeping with the provisions of the UN’s resolution inclusive of mechanisms for implementing, superintending, monitoring the plan as may be deemed necessary. Further, heavy focus will be placed on supporting communities that may have fundamental issues of an urgent critical nature.
